At Revolution Power Solutions (RPS), a division of INNIO Waukesha Engines, we design and deliver turnkey power solutions that thrive under extreme conditions. Whether you’re in oil & gas, power generation, or industrial operations, we provide fuel-flexible, overbuilt systems that perform when it matters most. The Electrical Assembler is responsible for the electrical assembly, wiring, testing, and troubleshooting of large-scale power generation and oilfield equipment, including gensets, frac packages, control systems, and related machinery. Working from electrical drawings, schematics, build books, and work instructions, this role ensures all electrical systems are properly installed, tested, and commissioned prior to shipment. This hands-on position plays a critical role in delivering high-quality, reliable power solutions that meet customer specifications and RPS quality standards. All work is performed in accordance with company procedures, safety requirements, and operational guidelines. This is an on-site position based in Waller, Texas. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
