About The Position

Requirements

Hands-on experience building or wiring electrical control panels
Strong ability to read and work from electrical schematics
Solid understanding of electrical principles and safe work practices
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage your own workflow
A team player with a commitment to craftsmanship and continuous improvement
Basic Computer skills.
High school diploma or equivalent.
2+ years of experience in electrical assembly or related field.
Ability to read and interpret complex electrical diagrams.
Proficient in using hand tools, crimping tools, and multimeters.
Proficient in using power tools such as drills, saws and impacts.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Dependability, strong work ethic and willingness to work occasional overtime and weekends.
Must be able to work in a team environment.
Ability to determine colors and follow written work instructions.
Lift up to 50 lbs.
Climbing (ladders, stairs, etc.)
Bending, stooping, twisting, and squatting
Extended periods of standing and walking
