Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time. Our employees work on the world’s most advanced electronics. You will be paid a 10% Pay Premium while working the 2nd Shift from 4:30PM to 3 AM -- 4/10 work week -- Working Monday to Thursday every Friday off.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of work experience
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions and drawings
• Ability to become solder certified
• Effective communication and team work
• Computer literacy, and familiarity with Microsoft suit of products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong work ethic, and a desire to be part of a successful working team
• A passion for learning/knowledge
• Experienced in electronic assembly 2+ years

Nice To Haves

• IPC-610/620 Certifications
• J-STD Certification a plus
• Solder Reflow experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Assembles, disassembles, and modifies various production subassemblies by following work plans.
• Inspects results to ensure conformance
