The Area Foreman will monitor and document the designated work area's progress, up to and including the quality and quantity of work performed by the job crew. They will serve as the liaison between the job superintendent and the workforce. This position directly supervises employees and carries out supervisory responsibilities per the organization's policies, procedures, and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints, and resolving problems.
