Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- 1-2 Years of experience in Residential
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice To Haves
- Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus
- Electrical apprentice card or enrollment in a trade program is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist lead electricians with residential electrical installations, repairs, and service work.
- Support the installation and replacement of electrical systems and components, including: Panels, Circuits, Outlets and switches, Lighting fixtures, Ceiling fans, EV chargers, Surge protection systems, Backup power systems.
- Follow all safety procedures and electrical code requirements to ensure safe and accurate workmanship.
- Help maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners to explain work being completed and answer basic questions.
- Assist with troubleshooting electrical issues and diagnosing customer concerns.
- Support the promotion of electrical upgrades, safety solutions, and membership plans through customer education.
- Document completed work and assist with invoices, estimates, and job notes using company software.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to strengthen technical knowledge and customer service skills.
