Electrical Apprentice / Shipyard (MS Project)
About The Position
Mako Industries is currently hiring Electrical Apprentices for a long-term project in Pascagoula, Mississippi. This is a full-time position with an hourly rate plus per diem, to be discussed during the screening/interview process. The work will be performed in a shipyard environment, with a schedule of 5-7 days per week, typically 8-12 hours per day. Hours and schedule may vary based on production needs. Candidates must be flexible, dependable, and willing to work extended hours, and comfortable working in a shipboard/industrial environment. An Electrical Apprentice license is a plus, and the ability to start immediately is required.

Nice To Haves
- Electrical Apprentice license a plus
- Previous electrical, construction, industrial, or shipyard experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist electricians with general electrical work and job-site tasks
- Band/Bend and groom electrical conduit and materials
- Help prepare, organize, and move materials and tools
- Assist with electrical installations as directed by the lead electrician
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow all company and job-site safety procedures
- Work effectively as part of an electrical crew
