Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- 2 Years of experience in Residential
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice To Haves
- Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus
- Electrical apprentice card or enrollment in a trade program is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with residential electrical installations, service calls, repairs, and maintenance.
- Support the installation, repair, and replacement of electrical equipment, including electrical panels, circuits, outlets, switches, lighting fixtures, ceiling fans, EV chargers, surge protection, and backup power systems.
- Follow all company safety procedures and electrical code requirements to ensure quality workmanship.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the service experience.
- Assist with troubleshooting electrical systems and identifying customer concerns.
- Educate customers on electrical safety improvements, system upgrades, and membership options when appropriate.
- Document completed work, job notes, invoices, and estimates using company software.
- Participate in ongoing technical training and professional development.
