Requirements
- Current Oregon or Washington Electrical Apprentice License
- Strong desire to learn the electrical trade and develop new skills
- Basic knowledge of electrical theory, tools, and safety practices
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings (preferred but not required)
- Experience in residential, commercial, and/or industrial electrical work is a plus
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently with guidance or as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work in a variety of environments
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
Nice To Haves
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience in residential, commercial, and/or industrial electrical work
Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in accordance with local and national electrical codes
- Install electrical wiring, conduit, lighting, outlets, switches, and other electrical components under supervision
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to assist with project completion
- Use and maintain electrical tools and equipment safely and properly
- Troubleshoot electrical issues alongside experienced electricians
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
- Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations
- Continue developing technical skills through hands-on experience and in-house training
