Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interest in electrical systems and a desire to build a career in the trade.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.

• Punctual, dependable, and willing to learn in a team-oriented environment.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in construction or electrical work is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installing wiring, outlets, fixtures, and electrical panels in residential settings.
• Help diagnose and resolve electrical issues under the guidance of experienced electricians.
• Load, unload, and organize tools and materials to ensure efficient operations.
• Learn to interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical documents to complete projects accurately.
• Follow all safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment for yourself and the team.
• Keep the job site clean and organized during and after work.
• Attend training sessions and on-the-job mentorship to enhance your skills and knowledge.
