About The Position

Forge is seeking an Electrical Apprentice to join their team. This role involves assisting with the installation, repair, and upgrading of electrical components and systems. The apprentice will support troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical faults under supervision, perform emergency repairs, and interpret electrical equipment submittations. The position requires a willingness to problem-solve by reviewing specifications, consulting technical documentation, and collaborating with tech support. Maintaining compliance with electrical codes, OSHA regulations, and safety protocols is essential. The apprentice will work closely with licensed electricians, project coordinators, and operations managers, and participate in on-the-job training to develop technical skills.

Requirements

  • 2 years or more of hands-on experience in electrical installations & repairs + troubleshooting, diagnosing, & servicing equipment.
  • Enrolled in or completed an accredited electrician apprenticeship program.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical layouts, schematics, and equipment specifications.
  • Strong teamwork skills with the ability to follow instructions and collaborate effectively.
  • Full-time availability with flexibility for after-hours work if needed.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S., valid driver’s license, and willingness to submit to a background check.
