Electrical Apprentice
About The Position
Weeks Service Company in League City, TX, is seeking an Electrical Helper/Apprentice to join our team. The Electrical Service Apprentice will help and assist with residential service including, but not limited to: electrical panels, GCI, outlets, lights and fan installations, garbage disposal, etc. The ideal candidate should possess over-the-top customer service and must have a drive to grow and excel in Electric. The Electrical Apprentice will be afforded training to improve knowledge and skills to promote growth in the Electrical department. We offer PAID TRAINING including code book test requirements for you to get your license.
Requirements
- Previous experience preferred, but not required
- Must be able to lift over 50 lbs
- Clean and valid driver's license
- Able to work with minimal supervision and be accountable for your own production.
- Work well in a fast-paced, safety-concious environment.
- Strong relationship and communication skills.
- Drive to pursue further education and training to excel in Electrical Department.
Responsibilities
- Assist Electrical Service Expert in troubleshooting, keeping work area neat and clean, stocking truck before scheduled job, etc.
- Assist in maintenance and repair on electrical panel, outlets, lights, switches, dimmers, garbage disposals, etc.
- Any other duties assigned by Electrical Service Expert and Electrical Service Manager
