About The Position

Prestige Fleet Services is expanding into Rivian electric vehicle service and support. We are seeking a highly skilled technician with a strong diesel and automotive background who is ready to transition into EV technology. This role will focus heavily on servicing Rivian fleet vehicles, requiring precision, safety awareness, and a commitment to continuous learning. Requirements

3+ years of diesel and/or automotive repair experience
Basic to intermediate electrical knowledge
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Safety-first mindset
Ability to work independently in a mobile environment
Valid Driver’s License
Must supply own tools

Nice To Haves

Rivian EV certification (highly preferred)
Experience working with electric or hybrid vehicles
Other EV or high-voltage certifications
CDL (a plus)
Welding or fabrication experience

Responsibilities

Diagnose, service, and repair Rivian electric vehicles and systems
Perform high-voltage system diagnostics and repairs (battery systems, inverters, drive units)
Follow all Rivian and EV-specific safety protocols including PPE and lockout/tagout
Perform traditional mechanical repairs when applicable (suspension, brakes, HVAC)
Complete preventive maintenance and inspections for EV fleets
Utilize diagnostic software and tablets for work orders and system updates
Maintain accurate documentation of all repairs and diagnostics
Manage mobile service inventory and parts sourcing
