About The Position

Domino's is hiring Delivery Bikers to make extra cash daily and have their cell phone bill paid for. Our e-Bikes are powered with pedal assist, to bring you up to speed quicker. This role offers an hourly base pay PLUS tips, cell phone data usage reimbursement, medical, dental, and vision plans for full-time employees after a waiting period, a meal discount plan, 401(K), paid training, and flexible work hours. The e-bikes are pedal assist, meaning they have a battery and electric motor that engages when you pedal, providing power to reach speeds just under 20mph. These bikes are fun to ride, a great way to stay active, allow you to enjoy the outdoors, help decrease emissions, and feature a USB port for charging your phone. Domino's provides a helmet and reflective safety vest. There are also opportunities for career advancement into management training programs, with many team members progressing to franchise owners.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to remain active (walking, biking, climbing stairs) for periods of time.
• Ability to crouch, bend, stand, and sit for periods of time.
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to accurately count back change.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must have good navigation skills.
• Must have cell phone with data plan (reimbursement provided!).
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
• Verbal, writing, and telephone communication skills to take and process orders.
• Near and mid-range vision is used for most in-store tasks.
• Depth perception is necessary for all positions.
• Personnel must have the ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
• Far vision and night vision are needed for delivery personnel.
• The ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions is necessary throughout shifts.
• Shaping pizza dough requires frequent and forceful use of forearms and wrists.
• Workers must manipulate a pizza peel when removing pizza from the oven, and when using the different pizza cutters.
• Frequent and/or forceful pinching is required in the assembly of cardboard pizza boxes.
• Team Members must be able to grasp cans, the phone, the pizza cutter, the pizza peel, and pizza boxes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products or flyers within a designated delivery area with regard to safety, security, and timeliness.
• Follow all safety requirements.
• Understand and comply with road regulations.
• Take and process orders.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Operate all store equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Make correct monetary change.
• Navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
