Elderly Caregiver
About The Position
Senior Helpers of Northern Utah is hiring compassionate, reliable caregivers to support seniors in Snowville, Utah. If you enjoy helping others and want flexible part-time day shifts, we want to meet you. This role provides meaningful, one-on-one care that helps seniors remain safe and independent at home. Senior Helpers is a national leader in non-medical home care. We provide personal care, companion care, Alzheimer’s and Dementia support, Parkinson’s care, transitional care, and more. Our mission is to help seniors age safely and comfortably at home while delivering exceptional service to families.
Requirements
- Caring, patient, and dependable individuals
- Strong communication and customer service mindset
- Ability to pass a background check
- Must be 18 or older and able to commute to clients in the Snowville area
Nice To Haves
- Experience as a caregiver, CNA, HHA, or PCA is helpful but not required
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and conversation
- Participate in client hobbies and activities
- Prepare simple meals and assist with light housekeeping
- Help with walking, dressing, bathing, and daily living tasks
- Provide medication reminders
- Document completed activities and client condition updates
