About The Position
The Association of Test Preparation, Admissions, and Private Tutoring (TPAPT) is seeking English Language Arts teaching specialists to work with students in grades 9-12. This is a remote, CA-based, part-time employee (W2) position for experienced individuals. The role involves providing remote tutoring support to students in grades 9-12, with tutoring sessions lasting 60 minutes. Assignments are expected to be between 4-10 hours per week.
Requirements
- 4-10 hours per week of availability
- An earned Bachelor's degree
- Candidates must reside in the state of CA
- Past experience as a state certified ELA teacher or a private high school ELA teacher
- Ideal candidates will have a strong academic background and >2 years of experience as a grade 9-12 teacher or tutor
Responsibilities
- Provide remote tutoring support to students in grades 9-12
