About The Position
The EKG Technician will provide continuous observation of monitored ECG rhythms for patients on telemetry and report pertinent information to appropriate nursing personnel. The employee will also function independently performing ECG's, halter monitor set up, Bio Z, dictation, EKG editing, completing tasks in Cerner and posting of ECG's.
Requirements
- Ability to provide continuous observation of monitored ECG rhythms for patients on telemetry.
- Ability to report pertinent information to appropriate nursing personnel.
- Ability to function independently performing ECG's, halter monitor set up, Bio Z, dictation, EKG editing, completing tasks in Cerner and posting of ECG's.
