Requirements

• High School graduate
• Previous EKG technician experience.
• Certification - BCLS
• Technical aptitude, ability to learn fundamentals of ECG recording, medical terminology and other non-invasive cardiology testing.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Good computer knowledge base.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrocardiograms, holter monitors, stress test, cardiac monitoring, on inpatients and outpatients of all ages, as required and / or directed according to established standards and policies.
• Processing studies.
• Keeps equipment neat and clean.
