About The Position

This position is responsible for performing inpatient and outpatient electrocardiograms, treadmills, holter and event monitors, and other technical studies. These tests require the ability to identify and assess cardiac rhythm changes. Position also performs schedule coordination; office duties, training of new employees, as well as the use of fax machines, computers and multi-phone lines. Requirements

National Provider BLS - American Heart Association Upon hire

Nice To Haves

Graduate of a Medical Assistant program
3 years of EKG experience
Experience preferred in Holter and event recorders, and cardiac stress testing
Office experience
Typing
Experience in hospital setting with patient contact
