About The Position
This internship position within the Industrial TH team at Cushman & Wakefield involves gathering information, conducting research, and analyzing data to provide relevant advice and support to the business in their daily tasks. The intern will assist in responding to requests, ensuring issues are addressed, and delivering work according to established processes and standards. This role also focuses on professional development through on-the-job training and observation, including reviewing and reconciling client issues, tracking project timelines, generating monthly reports, assisting managers with department objectives, and completing special projects.

Responsibilities
- Gather information, conduct research and analyze data to provide relevant advice and information
- Assist the business in the execution of their daily tasks
- Respond to day-to-day requests, providing information and advice and ensuring that issues are properly addressed
- Deliver through established processes, systems and procedures ensuring work standards and requirements are met
- Develop own professional expertise through on the job training and observation
- Review, reconcile, and resolve client issues
- Track project timelines
- Generate monthly reports
- Assist managers with department objectives
- Complete special projects
