About The Position
Join CBRE as a Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Supervisor, a critical role dedicated to ensuring robust HSE programs for a leading Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical client. Based full-time in Concord, NC, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding employees and communities by expertly managing and evolving essential HSE initiatives. This is a fully onsite role in Concord, NC with about 5% travel. What You'll Do: Lead the implementation and oversight of comprehensive HSE programs, acting as the primary subject matter expert. Proactively evaluate new and existing programs, continuously monitoring injury, illness, and incident performance to drive improvement. Resolve complex HSE issues and ensure strict compliance with all relevant regulations and client requirements. Guide your team in maintaining current playbooks and procedures, ensuring effective implementation and adherence. Continuously identify opportunities to enhance service quality, reduce costs, and foster a strong safety culture consistent with CBRE RISE values.
