The role is intended for an early-career professional with sound judgment, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn through structured training and mentorship. Initial training and onboarding take place Monday through Friday for approximately six to eight weeks, including site procedures, energetic-materials safety, incident response, process safety fundamentals, and OSHA 30 coursework. After training, the regular onsite schedule is Friday through Sunday. Exact weekend hours and any requirements for availability outside scheduled shifts will be confirmed before posting. The position has no supervisory responsibility and is an individual-contributor role. Due to U.S. Government contract requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for employment.
