About The Position

B.H. Inc. is searching for a full-time EHS Manager to oversee safety programs and ensure compliance across all project sites within our I&E Renewables division. The company is looking for exceptional leaders with a background in construction and a passion for environmental health and safety to help drive a culture of safety and company profit. Requirements

  • Bilingual (Spanish) fluency is required to communicate and exchange accurate information with diverse teams
  • Must be physically capable of climbing ladders, balancing on narrow surfaces, and working in extreme weather conditions (below 32° or above 100°)
  • Willingness to travel frequently between project sites in Utah and Idaho, sometimes at a moment's notice
  • A safe driving record is required for operating BHI fleet equipment
  • Self-driven professional who pays attention to detail and can lead with minimal supervision
  • Proactive, positive, and professional attitude
  • Ability to mentor a team while maintaining high integrity
  • Strong work ethic and a commitment to safety
  • Background in construction
  • Authorized to work for any employer in the United States

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred certifications include OSHA 510, CHST, OHST, CIT, or other BCSP designations
  • Proficiency with Google G Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets)
