B.H. Inc. is searching for a full-time EHS Manager to oversee safety programs and ensure compliance across all project sites within our I&E Renewables division. Requirements

Bilingual (Spanish) fluency is required to communicate and exchange accurate information with diverse teams
Must be physically capable of climbing ladders, balancing on narrow surfaces, and working in extreme weather conditions (below 32° or above 100°)
Willingness to travel frequently between project sites in Utah and Idaho, sometimes at a moment's notice
A safe driving record is required for operating BHI fleet equipment
Self-driven professional who pays attention to detail and can lead with minimal supervision
Proactive, positive, and professional attitude
Ability to mentor a team while maintaining high integrity
Strong work ethic and a commitment to safety
Background in construction
Authorized to work for any employer in the United States
