Requirements

High School Graduate or Equivalent
Health, Safety, Environmental area of study (Equivalent work experience may also be considered for certain positions.)
3-5 Minimum Years of Experience with Health, Safety, & Environmental.
1-3 Minimum Years of Experience within the automotive industry
English (Fluency with Reading, Writing, Speaking)
Understand, apply and meet all function-related Quality requirements.
Understand, apply and meet all function-related EHS requirements.
Understand, apply and meet all function-related Product Safety requirements.
Understand, apply and meet all function-related Compliance requirements
Understand, apply and meet all function-related IT / Information Security and confidentiality of Antolin information requirements.
Must comply with all company policies and procedures.
Ability to work additional hours and / or overtime as needed or assigned to complete job duties on time.
Ability to multitask, interact politely and professionally with customers, suppliers and vendors, and work cooperatively with employees at all levels.
Ability to maintain predictable and regular attendance, arrive to designated location on time, or be at assigned location ready to work for assignment.

Responsibilities

Implement, maintain and communicate Company Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety Policies.
Guarantee that the OHS and Environmental Management Systems are established, implemented and updated according to the ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 Standards.
Propose and perform the monitoring for the established objectives, coordinating the activities to achieve them.
Manage OHS and environmental documentation.
Perform the monitoring for the OHS and Environmental management Systems in order to guarantee that all activity records are taken, as established.
Manage internal and external OHS & Environmental audits to demonstrate compliance with requirements of corporate management systems and 45001 & 14001 Standards.
Support the Plant manager with ensuring compliance with all safety and environmental regulations and corporate management systems requirements.
Report about the performance of the OHS and Environmental Management Systems to the Company Management, as well as to the GRUPO ANTOLIN Corporate OHS and Environmental Managers, and to the workers’ representatives.
