The EHS Manager will be responsible for managing the company's environmental, health, and safety (EHS) tasks, including waste management, health and safety, and fire protection. This role involves creating all policies, systems, and programs for environmental and safety as this is a new operation. The manager will lead a team of engineers and technicians, monitor and stay updated on occupational health and safety regulations, and ensure compliance with OSHA and environmental standards. The position requires ensuring operations align with ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 systems, actively participating in audits, and supervising official license procedures. Responsibilities also include preparing annual reports, coordinating periodic inspections (fire safety, lifting equipment), investigating incidents, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective measures. The role involves preparing and executing annual plans for accident prevention, fire prevention, health protection, and environmental protection, as well as checking occupational safety compliance and conducting commissioning procedures. Effective cooperation with other departments is essential.
