About the Role: The EHS Manager leads facility-specific EHS plans that support PepsiCo’s overall safety and environmental objectives. Reporting to the Service Ops EHS Manager, this field-based role supports Frito-Lay operations by identifying, evaluating, and controlling EHS risks across Distribution Centers, Product Exchange Centers, omni-channel facilities, and GES Warehouses. This role serves as an EHS subject matter expert, implementing the Supply Chain EHS Annual Operating Plan within the assigned region. Responsibilities include supporting regulatory compliance, incident investigations, post-incident management, training, consultation, data analysis, and risk-based prevention programs.
