The EHS Manager will provide environmental, health, and safety leadership within a manufacturing and industrial plant environment. This position will oversee environmental compliance programs, regulatory reporting, inspections, documentation management, and compliance tracking activities across the facility. The role requires direct involvement with air permitting, hazardous waste management, stormwater and wastewater compliance, refrigerant management, and environmental monitoring programs. The EHS Manager will coordinate with plant operations, maintenance teams, laboratories, environmental vendors, and contractors to ensure all regulatory requirements are completed accurately and on schedule. This position will also support OSHA General Industry compliance efforts, identify compliance gaps, track corrective actions, and maintain audit-ready documentation to support regulatory inspections and internal reviews.
