About The Position

B.H. Inc. is seeking a self-driven EHS professional to join our team overseeing safety operations at the QTS Data Center. This role involves leading high-profile safety programs, directing on-site technicians, and ensuring top-tier compliance across major project sites. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with a passion for building a strong safety culture and taking their career to the next level.

Requirements

OSHA 510 certification OR Certified Health and Safety Technician (CHST) required.
Minimum of 5 years of dedicated safety experience in construction or heavy industry.
Proven management experience.
Willingness to accommodate heavy travel requirements (5 weeks on, 1 week off).
Strong communication skills.
Incident investigation expertise.
Ability to manage and mentor safety personnel with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Oversee all safety protocols on the job site.
Act as the primary safety leader during Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and plan-of-the-day meetings.
Supervise at least one Safety Technician.
Ensure all crew members adhere to safety programs, Standard Operating Guidelines (SOG), site-specific safety assessments (SSA), and proper PPE usage.
Lead at least one safety technician while shaping safety operations for large-scale data center projects.
Work with a goal-oriented team that values safety, integrity, and personal development.
