EHS Lead Teacher
About The Position
Excel Creative Early Learning, part of Early Learning Academies (ELA), is seeking a qualified Lead Teacher for its Early Head Start classroom. The role contributes to a welcoming and caring environment for children and families. The organization values teamwork, a caring attitude, and pride in one’s work. Candidates must have an Infant/Toddler CDA and/or an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education. Pay is $16–$18 USD, based on experience and education. Team members have access to paid training, ongoing coaching, and opportunities to develop skills and pursue advancement. Benefits are subject to eligibility and plan terms.
