About The Position

The Environmental, Health, & Safety (EHS) team promotes a safe and compliant workplace by ensuring environmental, health, and safety standards are met across all operations. They work proactively to reduce risk, address safety concerns, and support safe work practices. This role is located at Crane CP&E’s Cincinnati, OH location (also referred to as XOMOX).

Requirements

  • Actively pursuing an undergraduate degree in environmental, chemical, or mechanical engineering.
  • Problem solving and root-cause analysis skills.
  • Proficient in the use of Word and Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior manufacturing industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Implement engineering controls and conduct post risk assessments.
  • Assist in identifying ergonomic hazards and recommend improvements to improve safety.
  • Partner with other departments to promote safe work practices.
  • Help ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
