The EHS/Facilities Coordinator is responsible for supporting and maintaining the company’s environmental, health, safety, and facility operations programs. This position helps ensure compliance with OSHA, company safety policies, and facility maintenance standards and promotes a safe, clean and efficient workplace environment. The EHS/Facilities Coordinator will work closely with management, department leads, and employees to support safety initiatives, maintain necessary documentation, and to oversee facility maintenance, repairs and projects. Must be self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects. MPI drives a LEAN culture, focused on customer service excellence. We do this by working to simplify our processes and driving out waste or non-value-added activities.
