Requirements

Candidates pursuing a 4-year degree in engineering, environmental science, safety & occupational health, or data analytics.
Microsoft Suite proficient (Office365, Teams, Power BI, Power Apps)
Project management
Clear & effective written and verbal communications
Analytical and problem solving skills
Shows initiative and ability to work independently
Ability to maintain confidential information
Interest in manufacturing.
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

EHS application testing, data validation, and user acceptance testing
Maintain EHS Hub website, SharePoint content, and other digital communication resources
Develop process documentation, user guides, and training materials
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, EHS metrics, and recurring reports
Compile and analyze environmental, safety, audit, and compliance data
Administer safety observation, near-miss, and incident data tracking programs
Support safety committee activities, meeting documentation, and action item follow-up
Maintain safety training records, training matrices, and related documentation
Participate in facility inspections, safety observations, and EHS improvement projects
Assist with safety metric development, data trending, and program implementation support
Organize and maintain environmental compliance records for air, water, hazardous waste, and stormwater programs
Support emissions inventory data collection, regulatory reporting, and environmental inspections
Track waste manifests, certificates of disposal, corrective actions, and other regulatory records
Maintain/upgrade ISO 14001:2026 management system documents, registers & audit evidence
Assist with document migrations, records organization, retention activities, and SharePoint administration
