About The Position

Graco manufactures and markets premium equipment to move, measure, control, dispense and spray a wide variety of fluid and powder materials. Requirements

  • Candidates pursuing a 4-year degree in engineering, environmental science, safety & occupational health, or data analytics.
  • Microsoft Suite proficient (Office365, Teams, Power BI, Power Apps)
  • Project management
  • Clear & effective written and verbal communications
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Shows initiative and ability to work independently
  • Ability to maintain confidential information
  • Interest in manufacturing.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • EHS application testing, data validation, and user acceptance testing
  • Maintain EHS Hub website, SharePoint content, and other digital communication resources
  • Develop process documentation, user guides, and training materials
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, EHS metrics, and recurring reports
  • Compile and analyze environmental, safety, audit, and compliance data
  • Administer safety observation, near-miss, and incident data tracking programs
  • Support safety committee activities, meeting documentation, and action item follow-up
  • Maintain safety training records, training matrices, and related documentation
  • Participate in facility inspections, safety observations, and EHS improvement projects
  • Assist with safety metric development, data trending, and program implementation support
  • Organize and maintain environmental compliance records for air, water, hazardous waste, and stormwater programs
  • Support emissions inventory data collection, regulatory reporting, and environmental inspections
  • Track waste manifests, certificates of disposal, corrective actions, and other regulatory records
  • Maintain/upgrade ISO 14001:2026 management system documents, registers & audit evidence
  • Assist with document migrations, records organization, retention activities, and SharePoint administration
