As part of our Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) team in Colton, California, you’ll play a key role in protecting our people, our environment, and our communities. Requirements

• You have a minimum of 2 years of directly related experience
• You will travel between sites 40-60% of the time
• You are proficient with Microsoft Office
• You are fully bilingual in English & Spanish
• You are physically able to conduct inspections and carry equipment used for inspections
• You must possess a valid driver's license

Nice To Haves

• You preferably have a Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

• Assist the EHS Manager in promoting a strong safety culture and implementing company-wide safety initiatives, training, and compliance programs.
• Perform regular yard and facility inspections to identify hazards, ensure regulatory compliance, and recommend improvements.
• Maintain accurate training records, incident reports, and monthly safety documentation; monitor and report EHS performance metrics.
• Participate in investigations of incidents and near-misses, conduct Job Hazard Analysis (JHA), and support corrective measures.
• Order, stock, and distribute PPE and safety materials across operational sites.
• Contribute to waste management, recycling initiatives, and environmental reporting aligned with AIM’s sustainability goals; travel between sites 40–60%.
