About The Position

Videojet Technologies is a world-leader in the product identification market, providing in-line printing, coding, and marking products, application specific fluids, and product life life services. We partner with customers in the consumer-packaged goods, pharmaceutical, and industrial goods industries to improve their efficiency, to protect and grow their brands, and to stay ahead of industry trends and regulations. We provide technology leadership in continuous ink jet (CIJ), thermal ink jet (TIJ), laser marking, thermal transfer overprinting (TTO), case coding and labeling, and wide array printing. We believe that real breakthroughs come from teams that think big and respect each other's differences – different ideas, different perspectives, and different experiences. We encourage all voices to be heard, both internally as we collaborate and externally as we listen to our customers' most pressing needs. We are hiring a hands-on, practitioner-level EHS Business Partner to lead safety, environmental compliance, and culture-building at our Elk Grove ink manufacturing facility. This role is ideal for someone who is a teacher, coach, and doer — deeply experienced in chemical/solvent operations and passionate about building strong safety engagement on the floor.
