The EHS Auditor will be working with the designated team to execute a comprehensive audit of a pharmaceutical manufacturing company and their two selected facilities in Puerto Rico, focused on evaluating the management system in the areas of Environment, Occupational Health, Safety, and Organizational Resilience. The audit is planned to take place during the first week of November 2026. This resource will report to the CIS International EHS Lead Auditor. The scope of the audit should consider the assessment of compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements (including, but not limited to, the Occupational Safety and Health Act and 29 CFR 1910 of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration), internal corporate requirements, and applicable international standards, including ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, and ISO 22301. The audits may include, but are not limited to, the evaluation of legal compliance, corporate requirements, internal procedures, risk analysis and HIRA, environmental aspects and impacts, energy performance (San Germán only), occupational safety and health, waste management, handling of hazardous substances, training programs, incident investigation, Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), objectives, goals and indicators (KPIs), document and record control, emergency preparedness and response, organizational structure, roles and responsibilities, Management Review Process, and compliance with the internal procedure “Business Continuity Plan and Resilience Management”, including the evaluation of requirements related to business continuity, emergency preparedness and organizational resilience, ensuring alignment with the principles established in ISO 22301, even when the organization does not maintain formal certification under said standard.
