About The Position

The EHS Associate will support the customer's scope of work across multiple phases of a large-scale construction project, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and promoting a strong on-site safety culture. The role focuses on hazard prevention, regulatory compliance, and continuous safety improvement throughout all project stages, including base build construction, cleanroom construction, cleanroom-related systems installation, and commissioning activities.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of construction safety experience.
• OSHA 30.
• OSHA 500.
• OSHA 510.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in cleanroom, microchip, or semiconductor settings.
• BCSP certification.

Responsibilities

• Enforce site-specific EHS policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct daily site inspections, audits, and hazard assessments.
• Identify risks and implement corrective and preventative actions.
• Support incident investigations and perform root cause analysis.
• Deliver safety training, toolbox talks, and onboarding sessions.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, client, and project-specific safety standards.
• Collaborate with project leadership, contractors, and subcontractors to maintain a safe work environment.
• Maintain accurate safety documentation, reports, and compliance records.
