The EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) Manager is responsible for leading the site’s environmental, health, safety, maintenance, and facilities operations to ensure regulatory compliance, operational reliability, and a safe, efficient workplace. This role provides both strategic and hands-on leadership for EHS programs, facility and equipment maintenance, capital planning, and continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and distribution operations. The position serves as the site subject matter expert for EHS compliance and risk reduction, while also overseeing maintenance systems, facility services, fire protection readiness, security support, and infrastructure performance. As a member of the leadership team, this individual partners cross-functionally to drive a culture of safety, accountability, business continuity, and operational excellence.
