About The Position

Supports the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise-wide EHS programs and management systems. Focuses on building and maintaining scalable EHS frameworks, driving program consistency, and managing cross-functional EHS projects that advance the organization's safety and environmental goals.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with OSHA, EPA, and applicable state and local regulatory frameworks
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to drive work to completion independently
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, including ability to develop professional program materials and reports
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and comfort working with EHS data and metrics
  • Collaborative approach with the ability to work across functions and influence without direct authority
  • Proficiency in EHS management systems, Microsoft Office, and project tracking tools

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in EHS, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field preferred
  • 3-5 years of EHS experience, with exposure to program development or corporate EHS functions preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support development, documentation, and continuous improvement of the corporate EHS management system, including standards, procedures, and program frameworks
  • Assist with implementation and maintenance of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems, including gap assessments, corrective action tracking, and audit support
  • Manage discrete EHS projects from initiation through completion, including stakeholder coordination, timeline tracking, and deliverable development
  • Develop and maintain corporate EHS training content, tools, and resources for deployment across the organization
  • Support enterprise EHS data collection, analysis, and reporting including lagging and leading indicator metrics and trend analysis
  • Monitor federal, state, and local regulatory developments and translate compliance implications into program updates or guidance documents
  • Assist with internal EHS audit program execution, including protocol development, finding documentation, and corrective action follow-through
  • Support environmental compliance programs including waste, air, stormwater, and chemical management across the portfolio
  • Research EHS best practices and emerging trends to inform program development and strategic planning
