About The Position

We're looking for a proactive, knowledgeable EHR Support/Clinical Trainer to help our team get the most out of our electronic health record and clinical technology. This role combines staff training, technical support, workflow improvement, and ongoing EHR optimization. You'll work closely with clinical, training, and quality teams to provide effective support, identify learning needs, solve problems, and help staff work confidently at the top of their licensure and/or degree. The ideal candidate is adaptable, collaborative, and passionate about healthcare technology and helping others succeed.

Requirements

Possess high school diploma or equivalent
Possess a current Licensed Practical Nursing license or certification in medical assisting and/or dental assisting.
At least 1 year of direct experience with eClinicalWorks platform
At least 3 years of direct experience with an Electronic Health Record platform
Possess advanced keyboard skills and computer knowledge
Requires attention to detail and accountability.
Maintain professional appearance and positive attitude at all times
Must maintain patient and employee confidentiality at all times
Ability and means to travel on a flexible schedule as needed, proof of liability and property damage insurance on vehicle used is required
Must maintain excellent attendance
BLS Certification and/or willingness to obtain through KTCH
Legally authorized to work in the United States
