Completes documents received virtually and manually from all Providers at HMA. This role involves the conversion of data from paper medical records to electronic medical records, ensuring the accuracy of data entered, and timely conversion of paper medical record charts to electronic medical record charts. Adherence to HIPAA guidelines regarding confidentiality is essential. The position requires the willingness and ability to perform all functions of medical records, mail room, and PBX, along with predictable and consistent attendance. Additional duties may include pulling charts from storage, chart pickup, and providing backup for the PBX operator.
