The Electronic Health Records (EHR) department is integral to our operations, ensuring that all electronic health record systems function optimally and that all users receive the necessary training and support. As a fast-paced, service-oriented department, we aim to empower all programs in delivering the best possible client services. The EHR Billing Specialist I is responsible for working with the rest of the EHR Billing Team and the Fiscal Department to support billing processes and data management. This position will take lead in problem-solving around reconciliation and billing issues in the electronic health records (EHR) billing system. Key responsibilities include data entry from Welligent to the County systems, running billing reports to support reconciliation and acting as a support agent for the help desk. The EHR Billing Specialist I will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our billing processes, contributing to the financial health and operational effectiveness of the organization. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments.
