The Safety and Environmental Manager II manages the development and administration of programs to ensure compliance with environmental, occupational health and safety regulations. Every day at Hubbell is different and you’ll contribute in many ways. On any given day, you’ll make a difference by: Identifying and appraising risk conditions which could produce occupational injuries or illnesses. Evaluating potential extent of injuries resulting from accidents and classifying particular workstations. Compiling, analyzing, and interpreting statistical data related to exposure factors concerning occupational illnesses and accidents. Investigating occupational accidents and analyzing their causes to prevent them. Co-operating with employees’ council or labor union in the field of occupational health and safety. Ensuring training for employees entering work areas of the organization.
