About The Position

Oversee and optimize egg processing operations, including collection, sorting, handling, and transportation, ensuring efficiency and product integrity. Analyze and improve production workflows and equipment utilization to enhance operational performance and reduce product loss. Ensure compliance with USDA regulations, HACCP, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), SQF, and Food Defense Programs throughout processing and distribution activities. Monitor and control quality assurance processes by inspecting eggs for defects, abnormalities, and compliance with established standards. Implement and maintain biosecurity and sanitation protocols to prevent contamination and ensure product safety across all stages of production. Coordinate logistics and transportation of eggs between facilities, ensuring proper handling conditions and regulatory compliance. Train and support production staff on operational procedures, food safety standards, and equipment handling best practices. Identify, troubleshoot, and report mechanical, quality, or process-related issues, implementing corrective actions to maintain production continuity. Collaborate with management and technical teams to develop process improvements, increase efficiency, and maintain high standards of food safety and production quality.

Requirements

  • Advance English (80%)
  • Mexican, U.S. or Canadian Citizenship
  • Valid Passport
  • Bachelors degree

Responsibilities

Benefits

  • Work schedule: 50–60 hours per week; shifts may vary Monday–Friday (6:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.) and Saturdays (6:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.).
  • Housing: $5/day (first month free). Single occupancy only; no family members or pets. Private room in a shared house.
  • Transportation: Provided to and from work. Initial flight to the U.S. covered upon hiring.
  • Benefits: 56 hours of paid time off plus paid holidays (may vary seasonally). Additional unpaid time off may be approved to visit family.
  • Health and dental insurance available after 90 days.
  • 401(k) available after 1 year.
