Requirements

• Previous restaurant cooking experience required
• Ability to work in a high-volume kitchen
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Team-oriented attitude
• Previous experience in a restaurant with full service breakfast is preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to Metro Diner standards
• Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Keep workstations clean and organized
• Work efficiently with the kitchen team during busy service periods
• Help work the griddle, fry, egg, prep & line stations
