In this role, you’ll directly impact Air Force by accelerating capability by translating user needs into system requirements and resolving user issues with system insight. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Air Force environmental system or process support
  • Experience providing guidance on enterprise systems to DoW personnel
  • Knowledge of EESOH-MIS system
  • Ability to develop and maintain user-focused training materials
  • Ability to provide user-focused support to resolve in-system issues and provide resolution assistance through direct user engagement or escalation of system and training gap
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with system testing, including drafting and execution of test scripts
  • Ability to work on a dispersed team
  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science
