SpecialtyCare is a growing industry leader in intraoperative neuromonitoring (IONM) services in the US, monitoring over 60,000 cases annually and providing services to over 450 hospitals nationwide. The Neurodiagnostic Technologist is responsible for conducting electroneurodiagnostic procedures on the patient, including assessments, testing, data collection and technical interpretation, and completion of reports and billing forms. Under the clinical supervision of the Clinical Coordinator, Clinical Manager, and NeuroCare Director, the technologist performs electroneurodiagnostic studies and tasks at an advanced level. This role involves performing routine and complex procedures to obtain data for diagnosing clinical disorders of the nervous system in at least one of the following modalities: Electroencephalography (EEG), Evoked Potentials (EP), Long-Term Monitoring (CLTM), and Transcranial Doppler (TCD). The position also includes providing training and education support to other technologists and surgical neurophysiologists, gathering and documenting accurate medical information, and communicating effectively with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
