EEG Technician

About The Position
The EEG Technician performs neurodiagnostic procedures in accordance with department protocols. Other duties may be assigned by the Supervisor or Director as needed. This role is with Providence St. Patrick Hospital and supports its patient-focused, whole-person care approach.
Requirements
- Upon hire, national certification from the American Board of Registration of Electroencephalographic and Evoked Potential Technologists.
- Upon hire, National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- Computer experience.
Nice To Haves
- Associate's degree in EEG/Neurodiagnostic Science from an AMA-accredited program.
- Three years of EEG experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform neurodiagnostic procedures as described in department protocols.
- Carry out other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Director.
