Requirements

A minimum of one year adult experience is preferred must be in a clinical setting.
Knowledge of digital EEG systems is preferred.
Must qualify for ABRET registry examination under at least ONE current ABRET pathway.
BLS
board eligible via ABRET pathway
R.EEG. T Registry within two years of hire.

Nice To Haves

ABRET pathways considered.
Graduate of accredited EEG program preferred.

Responsibilities

Performs various types of encephalogram studies
Maintains the digital EEG and long-term monitoring systems. Clips long-term monitoring studies to reduce required server space.
Obtains patient history from medical record, documents information in digital EEG system. Ensures patient orders and charges are correct and appropriate.
