This position is in charge to make sure all due processes are being done on time, efficiently and within the quality standards that each one has, also making sure everyone is fulfilling their designated role, keep up with deadlines and quantities of jobs that are being worked on.

Requirements

• Being able to read and write

• Must be able to handle large groups of people at once.
• 2–4 years production experience, preferably in print or card manufacturing.
• Strong adaptability and attention to detail.
• Good organizational and planning skills

• Self-Starter

Responsibilities

• Supervision of personnel and machinery
• Ensure quality standards on material and procedures
• Keep track of material during each individual phase
• Ability to communicate in efficient ways to large groups of people
• Knowledge of operational procedures of distinct types of machinery
• Knowledge of all paperwork used within the supervised areas
• Maintaining cleanliness through out department.
