As a Diploma Educator in our Toddler Room, you'll create engaging, play-based learning experiences that support children's growing independence, curiosity, confidence, and sense of belonging.

Requirements

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or ACECQA-approved equivalent
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Current QLD Working with Children Check
• Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training via the Geccko platform

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences
• Support toddlers' developmental milestones and emerging independence
• Build strong and meaningful relationships with children and families
• Create safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environments
• Collaborate with colleagues and centre leadership to deliver high-quality programs
• Contribute to reflective practice and continuous improvement
