About The Position
St. Joseph Catholic School in Vancouver, WA is seeking a full time elementary teacher beginning the 2026-27 school year. At St. Joseph we value faith, service and academic excellence. A successful candidate is: familiar with grade level standards, inquiry based instruction, developmental benchmarks, appropriate instructional practices, has excellent classroom management skills, implements a variety of assessment strategies, provides differentiated instruction, and integrates Catholic faith and values into all parts of the school day. In addition, this individual must be caring, organized, and communicate well with parents and colleagues.
Requirements
- Familiar with grade level standards, inquiry based instruction, developmental benchmarks, appropriate instructional practices.
- Excellent classroom management skills.
- Caring, organized, and communicate well with parents and colleagues.
- Hold a current Washington State Teaching Credential.
- Meet Archdiocesan Safe Environment Standards.
